The Support section contains a link to the Astra Wallet support service, where you can ask questions about the wallet features and ask for help in solving your issue.

Go to Support and click on the email address [email protected] to create a new message and send it to MarsDAO Support.

Provide the following information when contacting support:

• Subject: Astra Wallet

• Username or Telegram ID

• Detailed description of your issue (if necessary, attach screenshot, transaction txid (hash) and other data, depending on your query).
