# Support

The **Support** section contains a link to the [Astra Wallet](https://t.me/AstraWallet_bot) support service, where you can ask questions about the wallet features and ask for help in solving your issue.

Go to **Support** and **click on the email address** <support@daomars.com> to create a new message and send it to MarsDAO Support.

Provide the following information when contacting support:

* Subject: Astra Wallet
* Username or Telegram ID
* Detailed description of your issue (if necessary, attach screenshot, transaction txid (hash) and other data, depending on your query).
