Card limits and fees in MDAO Telegram Wallet
You can create up to 5 virtual cards per account, and you can delete cards and open new ones.
The cost of creating 1 virtual card is 10 USDT + 25 USDT initial minimum deposit to the card.
The minimum amount of subsequent card deposits is from 1 USDT.
Maximum deposit amount is 50 000 USDT per 1 time.
Maximum deposit amount for one card per month is 50 000 USDT.
Maximum balance of one card is 50 000 USD.
Maximum amount of one payment transaction is 50 000 USD.
Virtual card top-up fee is 4% of the top-up amount.
You can top up your card balance in USDT TRC-20/BEP-20 or using RUB.
When using USDT, the minimum top-up amount is from 1 USD.
To top up in USDT TRC-20 it is necessary to have TRX on your wallet.
To top up in USDT BEP-20 you need to have BNB on your wallet.
When topping up in USDT TRC-20/BEP-20 a transaction is sent from your MDAO Telegram Wallet, therefore, take into account network fees and keep native network coins on your wallet balance to cover the fees.
The transaction authorization fee is charged by the service depending on the type of virtual card:
Transaction authorization fee for $0 for MasterCard — 0.5 USD
Transaction authorization fee for $0-$25 for MasterCard — 0.5 USD
Transaction authorization fee for $25-$50 for MasterCard - 0.5 USD
Transaction authorization fee for transaction over $50 for MasterCard — 0 USD
Rejected transaction authorization fee for MasterCard — 0.6 USD
Transaction authorization fee for $0 for Visa — 0 USD
Transaction authorization fee for $0-$25 for Visa — 0.5 USD
Transaction authorization fee for $25-$50 for Visa — 0.2 USD
Transaction authorization fee for transaction over $50 for Visa — 0 USD
Rejected transaction authorization fee for Visa — 0.6 USD

When making payments in a currency other than the currency of the virtual card (USD), conversion is performed at the exchange rates of the sites where the payment is made.
Please note that there are restrictions for virtual cards.
Only online goods and services can be paid for. Card-to-card transfers or cash withdrawals are not supported.
Payments are only allowed to countries that are not on the list of restricted countries.
Countries to which payments cannot be made: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Pakistan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Iraq, Russia (Including Crimea and new regions), Venezuela, Libya, Zimbabwe, Mali, South Sudan, Western Balkans, Burma, Sierra Leone, Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, Congo, Lebanon.
Transaction bans on specific card types
MasterCard cards do not allow:
- payments to countries to which payment is not allowed (see previous section);
- payments for games and game items (examples: Xsolla, Steam, Google Play Games);
- payments for dating sites (examples: Bumble, Tinder);
- payments to cryptocurrency exchanges, crypto exchanges and crypto-relief payments (examples: Binance, Wise);
- gambling and betting payments (example: BET 365).
Visa cards do not allow:
- payments to cryptocurrency exchanges, crypto exchanges and crypto-relief payments;
- payments to countries to which payment is not allowed (see previous section);
- some gambling and betting payments.
Transactions on all cards that are prohibited by MCC codes (categories of goods and services that are associated with a high risk of fraud).
These categories include:
- gambling (MCC codes 7995, 7999);
- financial services, including credit institutions (MCC codes 6012, 6051, 6211, 6540);
- stores with alcoholic beverages and tobacco products (MCC codes 5921, 5922, 5971, 5993);
- quasi-cash (MCC codes 6050).
Examples of services that can be paid for with virtual cards
The list is approximate, so you can refer to this list and choose a card based on it. Each type of card has a different BIN (identification number), i.e. cards can be of different issuers.
