b. They are not attempting to access or use the Service from the territories of the aforementioned restricted countries;

c. They have fully complied with all requirements of laws relating to anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, trade embargos, and economic sanctions applicable to their activities and jurisdictions.

3. Any misrepresentation or breach of the above warranties may result in the immediate termination of the User's access to the Service and may lead to additional legal consequences.
