a. They are not a citizen, national, or resident of the aforementioned restricted countries or jurisdictions;

b. They are not attempting to access or use the Service from the territories of the aforementioned restricted countries;

c. They have fully complied with all requirements of laws relating to anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, trade embargos, and economic sanctions applicable to their activities and jurisdictions.
