Registration on MEXC

Copy the link and paste it into the address bar of your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari). We recommend that you use the link this way, do not use the built-in browser of the Telegram messenger, if the link is passed through it.
On the registration page, make sure the affiliate code is specified in the Referral code column.
Sign up by email or phone number.
Below is an example of the registration process using e-mail.
Under Email, specify a valid email, to which the information and the authorization code from the exchange will be sent.
Under Password, think up a complex password and enter it.
Password requirements: 10 to 128 characters, including at least 1 lowercase letter and number, and at least 1 uppercase letter or symbol.
Read the user agreement and privacy policy, check the box, confirming that you have read the documents.
Click Register.
Pass the captcha. To do this, click on the items shown in the image in the order in which the captcha requires, and click OK.

Enter the six-digit authorization code you received in your email on the registration completion page and click Confirm. Done!
To log in to the exchange, if an active session has expired, go to the menu and click Log In.
Enter the account login information you used when you registered (email or phone number and password). Pass the captcha when logging into your account.

Identity verification
Open the account menu.
Choose the Identification section.
The exchange offers several levels of identity verification, which provide various privileges for users, including p2p trading, participation in activities and increased withdrawal limits.
The basic level is provided after registering on the exchange and confirming personal information.
In this instruction, we’ll show you how to go through advanced verification with your ID documents.
Click on Verify on the verification page.
Specify your citizenship by identity document.
Select the type of document you will use for verification, e.g. a passport.
Click Confirm.
Read the privacy notice and consent to data processing. Check the box next to the acknowledgement and click Next.
Also provide access to your device’s camera, or go to verification through your mobile device.
Check out the tips:
the photograph must be taken in a well-lit room, with no foreign faces or objects in the frame, and with no glare.
the document must not extend beyond the perforated frames.
the document must be valid on the date of verification.
Position the document in the frame so that the edges of the document do not extend beyond the perforated frame.
Click the button indicated by the arrow.
If the photo you took meets the requirements, click Accept, or Try again if the photo was not taken successfully.
Next, the selfie window opens.
Check out the tips:
Photographs should be taken in a well-lit room, with no bystanders or objects in the background.
The face should be positioned in the full frame when taking the picture.
Follow the instructions on the selfie page: look into the camera and position your face inside the frame, slowly rotate your head in a circle as shown in the instructions.
Click “I’m ready” to continue.

The page will refresh after processing. Wait for the verification status to complete.
Done! You passed your iD check. In this example, the verification was completed within 2 minutes.
Finish setting up your account on the exchange and turn on additional security in order to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
If there are any problems or documents are rejected at the stage of document verification, you can contact the MEXC support service and clarify the reasons, or use the recommendations for elimination of shortcomings.
