# Swapping MARS to MDAO Guide
This guide details the process of exchanging MARS tokens for MDAO tokens. After a successful swap, you will be able to use MDAO tokens in various MarsDAO ecosystem products.
1. Open [daomars.com](https://daomars.com/) and click on DAPP:
1. You’ll be redirected to the [SWAP TO DAO](https://app.daomars.com/swap) page. Click on CONNECT WALLET:
2. Select the connection type: MetaMask browser version or connection via WalletConnect.
3. Click Next:
5. Click Connect:
6. After connecting your wallet, you will see Your swap amount in the middle of the page. This is the amount of tokens to swap/exchange. All tokens are swapped at once.
Click on Approve to approve the swap:
7. Confirm the transaction in your wallet (\*requires gas in BNB). Click Next:
8. Click Approve:
9. After approving the use of the tokens, click Swap:
10. Confirm the transaction in your wallet (\*requires gas in BNB). Click Confirm:
11. After a successful transaction, your balance will be updated on the main exchange screen. Your swap amount: 0, Your MarsDAO balance has been updated by the number of tokens exchanged.\
Congrats! You've successfully completed the swap and can apply MDAO tokens in the MarsDAO ecosystem.
