To find the ID and smart contract address:

Open bscscan.com.

Enter the address of your MetaMask wallet into the search bar.

Under "ERC-721" find the token ID, which is the unique number of your NFT.

Copy the address of the smart contract, you will need it to add the NFT to your wallet.
