Alright, the human resources department has approved your application and you are awarded the position of "Apprentice".

You will receive ZP for each unit of production you make.

In the position of "Apprentice" you will do the simplest work, as your tools and equipment will be very outdated, but do not worry, you can upgrade them.

ZP for completed orders is credited to your e-wallet account, in order to receive tokens you need to tap CLAIM in your e-wallet.

To increase the quality of output at the factory, you will have to buy your own tools, since we spent the entire budget on AI staffing.

The conditions for increasing the levels of working tools can be viewed as follows: tap on the toolkit and then See all levels.

The Toolkit increases the complexity of the products you make, allowing you more time to stay focused at the workbench.

The Workbench allows you to install higher quality machines on it, once you purchase new equipment, the quality of the products increases greatly, which in turn increases your ZP for the products you make.

Remember that each level of tools and workbench is your grade and new position.

1 LVL — Apprentice

2 LVL — Trainee

3 LVL — Low skilled worker

4 LVL — 2 level, a week of heavy drinking is included in your work schedule

5 LVL — Assistant foreman

6 LVL — Brigade Leader

How to invite friends to ZAVOD

By inviting friends to ZAVOD you get an additional bonus of 20% of all ZP received by each invited ZAVOD member.

To avail your customized profile, just hit the Friends button and copy the link.

The list of all invitees will be displayed on the same page. Only factory workers invited by you personally will be counted here.

You will see the total number of your ZP rewards from invited friends in the Tokens received from friends section.

Labor Unions

The whole atmosphere here is like a real factory, complete with labor unions.

If you're a go-getter and ready to lead a big work group, go ahead and start your own union. But if you're just in it for the perks, join any of the existing ones, pay your dues, and enjoy the benefits like ZP multipliers and other bonuses.

Choose your union in the main building, or start the process of creating your own.

You can pick any union and leave it at any time, and join another one of your choice.

You can join a union at any time, regardless of your length of service.

You can quickly select a union from the list and join. Use the search bar if you know the name or ID of the union.

Tap Join, select a union.

Before making a decision, familiarize yourself with the benefits of union membership, learn more about the community, attend trial meetings, and carefully consider your decision.

In the union that appeals to you, tap the Join Labor Union button.

You can leave a union at any time.

Please note: if you decide to leave a union, all your ZP dues (ZP burned) will remain in the union and you will lose your ZP multiplier. Please keep this in mind when deciding on your union membership.

If you decide to form your own union, go for it! Visit the main office and document your decision.

Tap on Labor Union and Create. You can only form your own union if you are not a member of another union.

Include all the necessary information, the benefits of your union, and don't forget to leave an actual address (=Telegram link) for the other ZAVODians to visit!

Pay attention to your balance: does it have enough ZP to complete all the formalities?

Once you've checked everything, hit Create labor union. That's it, off you go!

If you forgot to include some information on your union card, feel free to add all the necessary details so that your coworkers will definitely notice your labor union.

Proceed to edit via the Edit section.

Tap the edit icon, change the description or add a Telegram chat link and tap Save.

You can close a union through management settings. Closing a union resets all your statistics and your employees are left to work independently.

There are always expenses in a labor union, so financial support will be needed if you want your union to be one of the best.

Unions accept dues from all of their members. Please go to your union and select the Burn ZP option.

Specify how much ZP you want to contribute and confirm your intention.

You can specify an integer greater than 1.

Keep an eye on the activity of your employees and on union statistics to keep up with the leading organizations and ZAVODians.

Missions

New activities have appeared at ZAVOD. Navigate to Missions and perform tasks.

For each completed mission you get ZP on your main balance.

All current missions are in the Active tab and are displayed one after another, if they have not yet been completed.

Click Start and fulfill the condition of the mission.

If the task requires you to subscribe to a channel or perform another action, do so in order for the task to be credited.

Click Check only after you have completed the task, otherwise it may take longer to verify the activity.

Claim your ZP after the task is verified, they will be automatically credited to your balance.

All completed missions are then moved to the Completed tab.

Participate in missions and complete new tasks!

Helmet

Increase your income and become a Brigade Leader.

Golden Helmet owners increase their income from referral rewards by 20%. With a Golden Helmet uprade to level two, players receive 40% of their friends' earnings.

The functionality is currently in development, and other helmet related benefits will soon appear at ZAVOD.

Helmets are limited to 50,000 in total. To upgrade a helmet, a user will need 150 MDAO tokens and some BNB for transaction fees.

You can upgrade your helmet through the main menu. To do this, go to the Helmet section of the app and click Upgrade level.

Click Confirm and Pay, MDAO will be deducted from your wallet.

Wait for the transaction confirmation and click Continue.

If your ZAVOD Wallet balance does not have the required amount of MDAO and BNB, top up your wallet and repeat.

To top up your wallet, click Deposit and send MDAO and BNB to the received address.

You will need 150 MDAO and approximately 0.0003 BNB (top up your wallet with a small reserve, as blockchain network fees may vary).

Mini Game

Click “Start Craft Game” to start your part production.

A field with closed cells 4x5 will open in front of you. Your task is to open 3 parts in a row and not to get to a defective part. To open a cell you need to tap on it 3 times in a row.

If you successfully complete this task, you choose whether to SELL all the parts at once or store them in the WAREHOUSE, and then move on to the next level. The parts sent to the warehouse are not burned and they will have a special use in the future.

If you collect 3 identical parts in a row on the same level - the multiplayer will be triggered, but only if you select SELL. The multiplayer will not be transferred to the next levels.

If you uncover a defective part, the game stops, and you will need to wait until the next round to start again from level 1. The waiting time will depend on the level you reached in the mini-game.
