Rejection of card payments

Before paying for subscriptions to online services, paying for goods and services, make sure that the service supports payment from the current location of your device.

Please note that some services track IP addresses and for countries with limited access the service may not be available from the current location.

If payment is rejected for unknown reasons on the payment page, make sure your internet connection is stable and check your current IP.

If the location does not match the region of the card issuer, the payment may be rejected. You can check your IP through various services.

Please note the locations from which it will not be possible to make a card payment: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Pakistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iraq, Russia (including Crimea and new regions), Venezuela, Libya, Zimbabwe, Mali, South Sudan, Western Balkans, Burma, Sierra Leone, Cote d'Ivoire, Liberia, Congo, Lebanon.
